- 1 cup water
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup vodka
**For Jelly Layer:**
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- 1/2 cup vodka
Instructions
- **Step 1:** Make the peanut butter mixture by blooming gelatin in water, then dissolving it over medium heat. Stir in peanut butter, heavy cream, and vodka until smooth. Set aside in a large measuring cup.
- **Step 2:** In a clean saucepan, bloom gelatin in water, dissolve it over medium heat, then whisk in grape jelly and vodka. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
- **Step 3:** Grease a loaf pan and pour in half of the peanut butter mixture. Chill for about 30 minutes until slightly firm.
- **Step 4:** Carefully pour the jelly mixture over the peanut butter layer and return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
- **Step 5:** Pour the remaining peanut butter mixture over the set jelly layer and refrigerate until completely firm, about 1 to 2 hours.
