Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Take an 11 x 7 baking dish and spread the cookie dough evenly at the bottom. Then, pour the prepared cake batter on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let it cool.
In a bowl, break apart the cookies and cream bars. Pour in the heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until it’s completely melted.
Once the cake has cooled, use the back of a wooden spoon to poke holes in it. Pour the melted cookies and cream mixture over the cake.
Top it all off with whipped topping, chopped Oreo cookies, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
