Introducing the ONE-PAN HIGH-PROTEIN BROWNIE OATMEAL BAKE — a crowd-pleaser for the whole family! I’m bringing back a TikTok favorite but with a twist: more protein to keep you satisfied longer. This recipe is perfect for meal prep; just 5 minutes of prep time and you’re set for the week. When you’re ready to dig in, simply warm it up! For an extra boost of protein, I love topping it with vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped cream for a dessert treat.

This recipe makes 8 servings and here’s what you’ll need:

  • Yield: 8 1x
  • Category: Breakfast

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (I prefer almond milk)
  • 1 cup egg whites (*if you’re vegan, you can skip the egg whites and use 2 cups of your chosen milk instead!)
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips of your choice

Instructions

  1. To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Then, generously spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mash the bananas until they’re smooth, then add in the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, milk, and egg whites. Give it all a good stir, then fold in the chocolate chips, saving a few to sprinkle on top. Pop it in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed. Once it’s done, take it out, serve it up, and get ready to enjoy a delicious and nutritious treat!
