  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup Flour use 1 1/2 cups for a thicker cookie

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until it’s nice and smooth.
  • Add brown sugar and sugar, then whisk or stir vigorously until it’s all smooth. Now, add the egg and vanilla, and whisk until it’s silky.
  • Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. The cookie dough gets better with time, so if you can, chill it for 24-48 hours. Chilling for at least 30 minutes is a must.
