Oatmeal Blender Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- Handful of blueberries
Instructions
- If you don’t have oat flour, you can easily make some by blending oats in your blender for about 30 seconds until you get a fine oat flour.
- Next, add the banana and almond milk to the blender and blend again for about 10-15 seconds. Be careful not to over blend; you want the mixture to be runny but not too liquidy.
- Heat and grease a skillet, then pour in the batter. Wait for bubbles to form on the outer edges before flipping.
- Cook for an additional 30-60 seconds until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve your pancakes with a dollop of butter, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of granola. Enjoy your delicious breakfast!
