Ingredients
- Shredded coconut for rimming
- Lime wedge for rimming
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 4 ounces prosecco
Instructions
- Spread coconut on a plate. Take a lime wedge and use it to moisten the rims of two champagne flutes, then dip them into the coconut.
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and prosecco. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the rimmed glasses and enjoy your tropical-inspired winter treat!
