No Bake S’mores Truffles

Ingredients
- 25 marshmallows
- 2 cups melted milk or semi-sweet chocolate
- Graham crackers
Instructions
- Trim one side of each marshmallow so it’s sticky.
- Stick each marshmallow onto a graham cracker and trim the graham cracker to match the size of the marshmallow. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows and graham crackers. If the marshmallow doesn’t stick well, you can use melted chocolate as glue. Alternatively, marshmallow fluff works too.
- Insert a toothpick into each piece, directly into the marshmallow.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals on 50% power. Stir after each interval until smooth.
- Dip each marshmallow-graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place them flat on parchment paper on a baking tray. Repeat for all pieces. For extra flair, sprinkle crushed graham crackers or mini marshmallows on top.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Optional: drizzle more chocolate on top for decoration, or enjoy them as they are!
Notes
For easier dipping, you can chill the marshmallow-graham cracker sandwiches in the fridge before coating them in chocolate. It helps the chocolate harden faster, but it’s not mandatory.
