No Bake Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 3/4 cup almond butter or any other nut or seed butter
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or substitute honey, agave, or date syrup, depending on desired sweetness
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix oat flour, cacao powder, and ground flax.
  • Add almond butter and maple syrup, then mix until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form batter into balls, then roll them with the palm of your hands.
  • Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper, and chill in the fridge until firm or enjoy right away.

Notes

  • Start by combining dry ingredients first, then add in wet.
  • If mixture is too dry and crumbly, add in more seed butter and maple syrup.
  • Measure your dry ingredients by scooping them out with a spoon rather than dipping the entire measuring cup into the container. This way you ensure you are getting the correct amount.
  • Use your hands to really incorporate the ingredients if needed.
  • Add more chocolate chips on top if desired.
