No Bake Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons ground flax
- 3/4 cup almond butter or any other nut or seed butter
- 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or substitute honey, agave, or date syrup, depending on desired sweetness
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix oat flour, cacao powder, and ground flax.
- Add almond butter and maple syrup, then mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
- Use a cookie scoop to form batter into balls, then roll them with the palm of your hands.
- Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper, and chill in the fridge until firm or enjoy right away.
Notes
- Start by combining dry ingredients first, then add in wet.
- If mixture is too dry and crumbly, add in more seed butter and maple syrup.
- Measure your dry ingredients by scooping them out with a spoon rather than dipping the entire measuring cup into the container. This way you ensure you are getting the correct amount.
- Use your hands to really incorporate the ingredients if needed.
- Add more chocolate chips on top if desired.
