Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 3-4 Graham Crackers crushed
  • 3/4 can Coconut Condensed Milk about 11-12 ounces – Regular condensed milk works too!

Instructions

  • To whip up these magic cookies, preheat your oven to 350°F. Then, toss all the ingredients into a big bowl—cashews, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and that coconut condensed milk. Mix until everything’s well coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it. Give ’em space because that condensed milk will make ’em spread. Pop ’em in the oven for 15-16 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  • Once they’re done, let them cool for about 10 minutes so that condensed milk can set. And voila! You’ve got yourself a batch of magical cookies ready to devour. Keep ’em in an airtight container for up to five days and enjoy the nostalgia trip!
