Homemade Nutter Butters

- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional but recommended
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- Now, let’s get baking! Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
- Then, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until you have a thick batter.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten them with a fork, then bake for 9-10 minutes.
- Once they’re done baking, let them cool completely.
- Then, spread peanut butter on the undersides of each cookie and sandwich them together.
- Voila! Your healthier Nutter Butters are ready to enjoy. Store any leftovers in the fridge or freezer for later indulgence.
