- 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces of thawed (frozen spinach)
- 15 ounces of artichoke hearts (chopped and drained)
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, garlic, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, both shredded cheeses, and black pepper until well combined.
