Holiday Pomegranate Mimosas

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange chopped
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice or you can use sweetened cranberry juice if you prefer
- Prosecco
Instructions
- Simply fill your ice cube tray with the cranberries, chopped orange, and rosemary sprigs.
- Then, carefully pour the pomegranate juice over the top.
- Cover the tray and pop it in the freezer overnight.
- When you’re ready to enjoy your drinks, just add 3-4 of these festive cubes to a glass and pour over some bubbly Prosecco!
