Only 6 ingredients needed to make these healthier high-protein Snickers Bars! 🥜 A nougat-style base with a nutty, gooey caramel center and a creamy white chocolate topping.

For the Base:

  • ½ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup oat flour (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 6 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp dairy-free milk

For the Filling:

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

For the Topping:

  • 7 oz dairy-free white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Prepare the Base:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the vegan protein powder and oat flour.
  2. Gradually add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and dairy-free milk until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into a lined loaf pan.

Make the Caramel Filling:

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Pour this caramel mixture over the base, and sprinkle with peanuts if desired.

Add the Topping:

  1. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.

Set the Bars:

  1. Place the loaf pan in the fridge to set until firm.
