Description
These Golden Graham S’mores are an easy no-bake dessert bar with gooey marshmallow, crunchy cereal, and melty chocolate in every bite. They come together fast, slice cleanly once cooled, and make a sweet treat for parties, snacks, or anytime you want s’mores flavor without a campfire.

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 21 ounces mini marshmallows, divided
- 8 ¼ cups Golden Grahams cereal, divided
- ¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until mostly smooth.
- Add 16 ounces of the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and creamy.
- Remove the pan from the heat, then stir in 8 cups of the cereal until everything is evenly coated.
- Fold in the remaining 5 ounces of marshmallows and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly.
- Scatter the remaining 1/4 cup cereal and 1/4 cup chocolate chips over the top.
- Let the bars cool completely at room temperature before cutting them into squares.
Notes
- Golden Grahams box size: Some smaller boxes do not contain quite enough cereal, so check the package size before buying.
- Sticky mixture tip: If the cereal mixture clings to your hands, lightly coat them with nonstick baking spray before pressing it into the pan.
