Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup applesauce (homemade or chunky style is best)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

GLAZE

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (add more if needed to thicken)
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Instructions
