Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I used a whole bag of Hu Kitchen Gems!)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Line a standard-sized baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the granola, saving the chocolate chips for last.
  4. Transfer the granola to the baking sheet and press it down firmly with a rubber spatula or the back of a spoon to form clusters.
  5. Bake for 22 minutes, flipping the pan around halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. Once done, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely. This step is crucial for getting perfect clusters!
  7. Once cooled, break the granola into chunks and enjoy!
