Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt⁣
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries⁣
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣

For the toppings:⁣

  • Freeze-dried strawberries⁣

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend together the yogurt, raspberries, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet (I used a 1/4 sheet pan).
  3. Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries and popcorn on top.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. Break it into delicious pieces and indulge! Store the leftovers in the freezer and take them out whenever you need a refreshing snack!
