
Frozen S’mores Bites

- A handful of graham crackers (I used Annie’s Homegrown bunny grahams because they fit perfectly inside)
- Marshmallows (I used Dandies vegan marshmallows)
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (I used Hu Kitchen gems)
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (this helps melt the chocolate easily and makes it smooth. If you don’t like the taste of coconut oil, you can use refined coconut oil.)
Instructions
- Place your graham crackers of choice at the bottom of each section in the ice cube tray.
- Cut your marshmallows in half and add them on top of the graham crackers.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows in the ice cube tray.
- Place the tray in the freezer and let them freeze for 1-2 hours.
- That’s it! Once frozen, store them in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy your delicious s’mores bites!
