Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons oil (for melting chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (added to melted chocolate)
  • 1 ripe banana (sliced into 15 pieces)
  • 15 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 15 teaspoons strawberry jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals with a bit of oil. Once melted, stir in peanut butter.
  2. Fill silicon liners with the chocolate mixture, then add a slice of banana.
  3. Next, add peanut butter and jelly. Swirl them together using a toothpick.
  4. Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top, then drizzle with more melted chocolate.
  5. Place in the freezer to fully harden, approximately 20-30 minutes.
  6. Once set, remove from liners and enjoy!

Notes

  • Mixing chocolate with peanut butter yields a fudgier texture. Skipping the peanut butter may result in harder chocolate once frozen.
  • Opt for square silicon molds for effortless assembly and cleanup!
