Flourless Brownies

Flourless, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free… say hello to your new favorite brownie! 🥹 These brownies are incredibly moist and gooey 🤤 plus they’re quick and super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup peanut butter or any nut/seed butter of your choice
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup vegan chocolate protein powder you can substitute with more cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Optional: chocolate chunks and extra peanut butter highly recommended

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter.
  • Sift in the cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking soda, mixing until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or chunks if using.
  • Pour the batter into the lined pan and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the top is set.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
