Flourless Brownies
Flourless, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free… say hello to your new favorite brownie! 🥹 These brownies are incredibly moist and gooey 🤤 plus they’re quick and super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup peanut butter or any nut/seed butter of your choice
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate protein powder you can substitute with more cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Optional: chocolate chunks and extra peanut butter highly recommended
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking soda, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks if using.
- Pour the batter into the lined pan and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the top is set.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
