Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 2⅛ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • cup buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • cups smashed very ripe bananas (3 or 4 bananas)

CREAM CHEESE ICING

  • ½ cup salted butter softened
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
