Everything Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups regular or gluten-free flour I recommend @bobsredmill gf 1:1 flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 oz bottle of beer I’m using Guinness because it’s St. Patrick’s Day, and it adds great flavor! You can also use an ale or even a gluten-free beer
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter sliced⁣

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease the inside of a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, beer, honey, and 2 tablespoons of the bagel seasoning. It’ll start to bubble (FUN!).
  • Gently mix everything until well combined, then transfer the batter into the loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top, followed by the slices of cold butter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • Finally, slice and enjoy your delicious Everything Beer Bread!
