Everything Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups regular or gluten-free flour I recommend @bobsredmill gf 1:1 flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 oz bottle of beer I’m using Guinness because it’s St. Patrick’s Day, and it adds great flavor! You can also use an ale or even a gluten-free beer
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
- 3 tablespoons cold butter sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease the inside of a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, beer, honey, and 2 tablespoons of the bagel seasoning. It’ll start to bubble (FUN!).
- Gently mix everything until well combined, then transfer the batter into the loaf pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top, followed by the slices of cold butter.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Finally, slice and enjoy your delicious Everything Beer Bread!
