Ingredients

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 4 bananas sliced into thirds
  • 12 slices bacon cooked and halved
  • 1 cup melted chocolate for topping
  • Melted peanut butter for topping
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Step 1: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, making sure it’s in a diamond shape. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of peanut butter onto the center of the wrapper. Place half a slice of bacon and a piece of banana (3-4 inches long) on top. Fold the bottom half up and then tightly fold in the sides. Roll it up gently and seal the edge with a few drops of water. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 2: Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet until it’s about 1 inch deep. Heat the skillet over medium heat until the oil bubbles vigorously when you add a drop of water. In batches, add the egg rolls and fry until they turn golden, about 1 minute per side. Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to cool slightly. Repeat with the rest of the egg rolls.
  • Step 3: Drizzle the fried egg rolls with melted chocolate and peanut butter before serving. Enjoy these delicious treats while they’re warm!
