- ¾ cup sugar
- 1½ cups dairy-free milk

- ⅓ cup dairy-free yogurt
- ⅓ cup neutral oil
For the Frosting:
- 1¼ cups dairy-free cream cheese room temperature
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate melted
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).
- Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- Mix the dairy-free milk and apple cider vinegar together, then set it aside to thicken.
- In a large bowl, combine the thickened milk mixture with the dairy-free yogurt and neutral oil.
