Description

Creamy, protein-rich, and freezer-ready — these little bites are a no-fuss treat for kids and grownups. They take minutes to assemble and keep in the freezer for quick grab-and-go snacks or a light chilled dessert.

Ingredients

  • Plain Greek yogurt — 1 cup
  • Smooth peanut butter — ½ cup
  • Honey or maple syrup — 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
  • Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
  • Optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or small berry pieces

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt together with the peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until the mixture is silky and even.
  2. Spoon or pipe the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or mini paper-lined muffin cups. If you like, press a few chocolate chips, a sprinkle of nuts, or a tiny berry into the top of each portion.
  3. Transfer the tray to the freezer and chill until completely set — about 3–4 hours (overnight works too).
  4. Once firm, remove the bites from the molds and store them in a freezer-safe container, separated with parchment if stacking.

Notes

  • Keep refrigerated in the freezer up to two weeks for best texture.
  • If too hard, let a few pieces sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating so they soften slightly.
