Easy Churro Cheesecake Egg Rolls Recipe – If you're a fan of churros and cheesecake, this dessert was made for you. Ready in just 30 minutes and using a fraction of the normal amount of frying oil you'd need to cook churros, this treat is simple to make and perfect for sharing.
FOR THE EGG ROLLS
- 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
FOR SERVING
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- Pinch kosher salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper ((optional))
