Ingredients

  • 2 apples cores removed
  • 1 cup prepared pancake batter follow package instructions
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup optional, for dipping

Instructions

  • Start by preparing your pancake batter as instructed on the package, and set it aside. Then, prepare your apples by slicing them into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices and removing the cores. You can use a melon baller or a small cookie cutter for this step.
  • Next, heat a pan on the stove over medium heat and grease it with butter or oil. I recommend using avocado oil.
  • Dip each apple slice into the pancake batter, ensuring they’re fully coated. Then, place the coated apples in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
  • Once cooked, mix cinnamon and coconut sugar in a small bowl, and roll each pancake in the mixture.
  • Serve your pancake dippers with maple syrup for dipping, and enjoy this delicious breakfast treat!
