  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 6 1x
  • Category: Dessert

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz. frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (plus more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or more, to your taste)

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the frozen pineapple and 1/2 cup coconut milk until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a bit more coconut milk until it blends well.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and honey to the mixture and blend again until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the Dole Whip into a piping bag or a large plastic bag, then seal it and freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. After chilling, massage the bag gently to soften the Dole Whip.
  5. Pipe the Dole Whip into cups or bowls using your favorite tip, and top it off with shredded coconut, sprinkles, or any other toppings you love.

Notes

  • The blending time may vary, so keep an eye on your food processor. It usually takes between 6-10 minutes.
  • The color of your Dole Whip will depend on the color of the frozen pineapple you use.
  • Fresh pineapple works too! Just freeze it a day in advance.
  • If you prefer a sweeter Dole Whip, feel free to add an extra tablespoon of honey.
