Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk plus more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey or more, to your taste

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the frozen pineapple and 1/2 cup coconut milk until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a bit more coconut milk until it blends well.
  • Add the vanilla extract and honey to the mixture and blend again until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the Dole Whip into a piping bag or a large plastic bag, then seal it and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • After chilling, massage the bag gently to soften the Dole Whip.
  • Pipe the Dole Whip into cups or bowls using your favorite tip, and top it off with shredded coconut, sprinkles, or any other toppings you love.

Notes

  • The blending time may vary, so keep an eye on your food processor. It usually takes between 6-10 minutes.
  • The color of your Dole Whip will depend on the color of the frozen pineapple you use.
  • Fresh pineapple works too! Just freeze it a day in advance.
  • If you prefer a sweeter Dole Whip, feel free to add an extra tablespoon of honey.
