Creamy Ramen Noodles
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 to 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 8 ounces noodles of choice

- Optional garnishes: sesame seeds and green onions
- Boil a large pot of water and cook noodles according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil. Add garlic and tomato paste, cooking for about 4 to 5 minutes until the paste darkens in color.
- Stir in ginger paste, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and low sodium soy sauce. Mix well, then add heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley, stirring until melted into the sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha.
- Add cooked noodles to the saucepan, tossing to coat evenly. Optionally, mix in sautéed bell peppers and steak.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and enjoy your deliciously creamy ramen!
