Ingredients

- 1 cup of coconut cream (I usually use one 15 oz can of coconut cream and scoop out the thick white part)
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 6-8 Oreos (I used Newman’s Own organic)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients along with 4 of the Oreos. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
- Once frozen, take each popsicle and roll it in the remaining crushed Oreos, using a spoon to press the cookie crumbs onto each one.
- Freeze again for a bit, or if you can’t wait, enjoy right away! These treats are perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
