Coconut Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients

Caramel Apple Dip:

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup coconut caramel

Toppings:

  • Diced roasted almonds

Instructions

  • To make the coconut caramel, simply combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Heat them over medium to low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Keep stirring until the sauce thickens up.
  • Let it cool, and it’s ready to enjoy!
  • If the sauce is too runny, just return it to the pot and continue stirring until it thickens.
