Coconut Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients
Caramel Apple Dip:
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup coconut caramel
Toppings:
- Diced roasted almonds
Instructions
- To make the coconut caramel, simply combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Heat them over medium to low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Keep stirring until the sauce thickens up.
- Let it cool, and it’s ready to enjoy!
- If the sauce is too runny, just return it to the pot and continue stirring until it thickens.
