Ingredients
**For the crumble topping:**
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar
**For the banana bread:**
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
**For the cinnamon sugar swirl:**
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
**For the crumble:**
- In a large food processor, blend all crumble ingredients until small balls form. Refrigerate the mixture until needed.
**For the cinnamon sugar swirl:**
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside for later.
**For the banana bread:**
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and bananas.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated.
**For assembly:**
- Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle all the cinnamon sugar on top.
