**For the crumble topping:**

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar

**For the banana bread:**

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

**For the cinnamon sugar swirl:**

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

**For the crumble:**

  1. In a large food processor, blend all crumble ingredients until small balls form. Refrigerate the mixture until needed.

**For the cinnamon sugar swirl:**

  1. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside for later.

**For the banana bread:**

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and bananas.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated.

**For assembly:**

  1. Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  2. Sprinkle all the cinnamon sugar on top.
  3. Top with the remaining batter and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until completely cooked through.
  5. Allow it to cool for at least 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
