  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated white sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup buttermilk at room temperature
  • ¾ cup sour cream at room temperature

#### For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

#### For the Cinnamon Donuts

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
