**For the Cookies:**

  • ¾ cup salted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 egg yolks (at room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup red and green M&M’s
  • â…“ cup white chocolate chips
  • â…“ cup pretzel pieces
  • â…“ cup potato chip pieces
  • 2 tablespoon red and green jimmies


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until pale and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop the dough into 20 balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
