Ingredients

  • 5 cups of LesserEvil Snacks Dark Chocolate + Himalayan Pink Salt Popcorn
  • 3/4 cup of pretzels
  • 1/2 cup of mini M&Ms
  • 3/4 cup of salted peanuts
  • 1 1/4 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (to help melt the chocolate)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels, M&Ms, and peanuts. Give it a good toss.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in short 30-second bursts until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  5. Once hardened, break the Christmas Crunch into pieces and enjoy the festive goodness!
