Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups 2% cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder (We used Garden of Life Chocolate Whey)
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or more to taste)


Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a high-speed food processor until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor as needed.
  2. Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to the cottage cheese. Pulse the ingredients together, scraping the sides with a spatula if necessary. Process until smooth and well combined.
  3. The mixture should be light and fluffy. Enjoy immediately or transfer it into small jars and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

  • You can opt for vanilla protein powder if you prefer.
  • Ensure the cottage cheese is processed long enough to achieve a completely creamy texture.
