Chocolate Peanut Cookies

Crispy on the outside, gooey and chewy on the inside… These cookies are packed with Doisy & Dam Chocolate Peanut D&Ds, giving you chunky, nutty dark chocolate-covered roasted peanuts in every bite. They’re vegan, super easy to make, and completely palm oil free.

Chocolate Peanut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil room temperature
  • 6 tbsp dairy-free milk
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 3/4 cup oat flour gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 oz Doisy & Dam Vegan Chocolate Peanut D&Ds crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 340°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Using a stand mixer or electric whisk, beat together the sugar, flaxseed, and milk until creamy. Add the coconut oil and mix until well combined.
  • Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed Doisy & Dam Vegan Chocolate Peanut D&Ds.
  • Roll the dough into balls and gently press them onto the baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Shape, cool, and enjoy!
