Chocolate Peanut Cookies

Crispy on the outside, gooey and chewy on the inside… These cookies are packed with Doisy & Dam Chocolate Peanut D&Ds, giving you chunky, nutty dark chocolate-covered roasted peanuts in every bite. They’re vegan, super easy to make, and completely palm oil free.

Chocolate Peanut Cookies

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (room temperature)
  • 6 tbsp dairy-free milk
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 3/4 cup oat flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 oz Doisy & Dam Vegan Chocolate Peanut D&Ds (crushed)
  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Using a stand mixer or electric whisk, beat together the sugar, flaxseed, and milk until creamy. Add the coconut oil and mix until well combined.
  3. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the crushed Doisy & Dam Vegan Chocolate Peanut D&Ds.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and gently press them onto the baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Shape, cool, and enjoy!
