Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Give it a good stir and let it sit for about 10 minutes until some of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Once the oats have soaked up some of the liquid, add a dollop of peanut butter and drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
  • Cover the jar and pop it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • When morning rolls around, grab your jar of deliciousness, give it a good stir, and enjoy your hassle-free breakfast! 🍫🥜
