Instructions

  1. Cut a fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Using a toothpick or fork, dip each pineapple piece into yogurt until well coated, then place them on parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle shredded coconut over each piece and freeze.
  4. Once frozen, dip the pineapple in melted white chocolate, return them to the parchment paper, and freeze until firm.
