Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups Oreos finely crushed
- 1/4 cup dairy-free butter melted
Filling
- 10.5 oz dark chocolate melted
- 12 oz firm tofu
- 7 oz dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/3 cup syrup maple, agave, or fruit
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Line and grease a round, loose-bottom pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the melted butter with the crushed Oreos until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a blender, combine all the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
