Here’s the creamiest vegan chocolate cheesecake ever 🤎—with a buttery Oreo crust and a rich, chocolatey filling 😍. It’s no-bake, nut-free, and packed with protein!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreos finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free butter melted

Filling

  • 10.5 oz dark chocolate melted
  • 12 oz firm tofu
  • 7 oz dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup syrup maple, agave, or fruit
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Line and grease a round, loose-bottom pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix the melted butter with the crushed Oreos until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • In a blender, combine all the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Let the cheesecake set in the fridge overnight.
