Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Put the chocolate chips in a medium metal bowl and place it over a pan of simmering water. Stir until it’s all melted.
  2. Take the bowl off the heat and whisk in the olive oil until it’s glossy and mixed well.
  3. Let it cool a bit, then use it to top your ice cream or glaze a cake. Enjoy!
