Caramel Apple Chocolate Date Bark
Ingredients
- 24 Medjool dates pitted
- 6-8 oz melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried apples
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Optional: a drizzle of caramel & a sprinkle of flaky salt
Instructions
- Start by splitting each date open and removing the pit. Lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. generously top each date with melted chocolate, making sure to cover any gaps. Sprinkle on the freeze-dried apples and chopped pecans. Pop it in the freezer until it sets. Once ready, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and voila – indulge in the deliciousness!
