For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • ½ cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 4 tablespoons cold salted butter (grated)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together all the ranch ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. Brown meatballs in olive oil in a skillet.
  5. Once cooked, return meatballs to skillet and coat with buffalo sauce. Simmer until heated through.
  6. Serve meatballs with homemade ranch.

Notes

  • Try ground pork instead of ground chicken.
  • Get creative with serving options! Enjoy them as an appetizer, on salads, or over pasta.
