Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 16.3-oz. cans refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and minced garlic. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and roll them into little balls.
  • Arrange the biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1/4 inch apart. Brush each biscuit generously with the butter mixture.
  • Pop them into the oven and bake until they turn a beautiful golden brown, which should take about 25 minutes.
