Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 8 slices day-old brioche (cubed)
  • 3/4 cup milk (at room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (at room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: Fresh whipped cream
  • Optional: Fresh mixed berries


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the brioche cubes in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, heavy cream, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top turns golden.
  6. Once out of the oven, generously drizzle Nutella over the pudding.
  7. Serve your delicious creation with fresh berries and, if you like, a dollop of whipped cream.
