Instructions

  1. Prep the oven and dish: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish with butter or a touch of oil to keep the bake from sticking.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Whisk everything together until the mixture looks creamy and smooth.
