- ½ tablespoon of white vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of white pepper
**For Assembly:**
- 12 mini flour tortillas
- 1 pound of 80/20 ground beef
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil split in half
- 12 slices of American Cheese
- 1 diced white onion
- Dill pickle chips
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
**Making the Big Mac Sauce:**
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Set it aside.
**Preparing the Tacos:**
- Spread about ¼ cup of ground beef onto each tortilla, covering the surface. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
**Cooking the Tacos:**
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of vegetable oil. Cook the tacos meat-side down for 2-3 minutes until they’re nicely browned. Flip them, add a slice of American cheese, and let it melt for another 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.
**Assembling the Big Mac Tacos:**
- Top each taco with lettuce, onion, pickles, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
- Enjoy them while they’re warm!
Notes
Cut the American cheese slices into smaller squares so they don’t cover the patty completely – it makes for a tastier taco experience! Feel free to get creative with your toppings.
