- Pink writing gel and pink (white, and gold sprinkles, for the glass rim)
- 1 large pasteurized egg white
- 3 oz. Patron Citrónge orange liqueur
- 2 oz. grenadine
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- 8 oz. club soda or seltzer
- Edible gold glitter (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Step 1: Coat a section of coupe glasses with writing gel. Mix pink, white, and gold sprinkles in a dish. Press sprinkles onto the gel to stick.
- Step 2: In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, orange liqueur, grenadine, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Step 3: Strain the mix into the prepared glasses. Top it off with seltzer. Sprinkle some glitter on top if you fancy.
